Costello & Costello’s office is in Chula Vista, at 333 H Street, Suite 5000, a few blocks from the Civic Center. We represent survivors of childhood sexual abuse from the South Bay and across San Diego County, and we handle cases statewide. Who we help
Children and adults who were sexually abused by a teacher, coach, counselor, aide, or other adult at a school, after-school program, youth sports league, church, camp, foster home, or juvenile facility, anywhere in California. Most of our clients were abused years ago; many were told at the time that nothing could be done. California’s deadlines have changed, and for many of them something can be done now. Is it too late?
The South Bay
We know the institutions here. The public record on the two districts that educate most of Chula Vista’s children is on our Sweetwater Union High School District and Chula Vista Elementary School District pages. San Diego County’s main juvenile hall, the East Mesa Juvenile Detention Facility, is in Otay Mesa, a short drive from our office, and the county’s juvenile facilities and the Polinsky Children’s Center are the subject of more than 300 pending abuse lawsuits. San Diego County claims.
